Sue Hill is a seasoned professional who dedicated over 22 years of her career to the world of equestrianism as a saddle fitter. Throughout her extensive tenure, Sue was instrumental in resolving issues for both horses and riders, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the relationship between equine and human.
With a strong desire to continue helping others, Sue has more recently transitioned her focus due to physical limitations. She now applies her diagnostic skills and compassionate, practical approach to supporting people, working as a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Certified Havening Techniques Trainer. In this role, she trains and mentors new practitioners, as well as working directly with clients to address anxiety, phobias and trauma using this neuroscience-informed, psychosensory approach.
In the first half of 2024, Sue also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a Certified NLP Practitioner. NLP works seamlessly alongside Havening, giving Sue a broader range of tools to ensure each client receives the most appropriate and effective support.
Sue is also the creator of The Dieting Mindset Rewrite (DMR), a structured programme designed to help people break free from the cycle of dieting, emotional eating and food noise. Rather than focusing on restriction, DMR addresses the underlying patterns and learned responses that drive eating behaviours, supporting clients to develop a calmer, more attuned relationship with food.
Through her work, Sue is committed to helping people create meaningful, lasting change. She combines practical insight, scientific understanding and a down-to-earth approach to support clients in resolving the issues that hold them back and moving forward with greater ease and confidence.
